The heel dolly is a common bumping tool for straightening body panels and bumping out ding and dents. It has a rounded shoulder and smooth working surfaces for better shaping of sheet metals. 
It weighs 2.3 lbs (1,050 g) and is 3.1” (80 mm) long. A great tool for body makers, it also has a 35 mm working surface.
