Shipping policy

We process all orders with in 24 hours during normal business hours Monday through Friday. This means that the orders will be ready for carrier pick up by the following day. We also process on Saturdays but do not promise to have a carrier pick up until Monday.

Example: You place an order on Friday at 4:00 P.M. and request next or second day delivery service. We will have the order packed and ready for carrier pick up by Monday morning. Even if we have it packed and labeled by Saturday at 4:00 P.M.  carriers have already made their pick up. However we will do our best to have your order expedited earlier if possible to make those carrier deadlines.

Claims for lost or damaged items will go through the shipping carrier process. We will help with your claims.

We use USPS or UPS for most orders.
